“Peredovyi” Office and Logistics Complex  is located within the city, approximately 7 km from the city center, along the red line of the Dnipro-Poltava highway. This complex is situated in an area with convenient transportation connections. It encompasses a single building with a total area of 52585,54 m², making it the largest logistics complex under construction in the city of Dnipro.

The complex includes the following:

• Class A warehouse premises with a total area of 49 767,42 m², equipped with a significant number of loading docks, and these can be divided into convenient sections according to the tenant’s requirements.
• Administrative and household premises with a total area of 4496,86 m².

At present, the first operational complex is in use and available for rent, which includes:

Construction of the second operational complex is currently underway, with plans for it to become operational in 2020, including:
